WHAT WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT PART OF YOUR LEARNING CURVE?
I have always been successful in almost everything for which I have ventured to try. I have always been a very self reliant individual. The most vital thing that I had to learn was to ask for help. With SHC, there are so many backs to your back and always someone willing to aid in your development. However, I had to learn that straight and direct communication is the key to success with SHC. You have to ask for help when needed. Any good salesperson must have self-confidence (ego) in order to be successful, but not let that be their ironic demise with SHC. In order to succeed with SHC, a consultant must have the ability to put his or her ego aside and take serious candid coaching from superiors, regardless of that person's age in relation to you. SHC knows how to generate wealth for us or they wouldn't be growing as fast as they are or doing as well as they are in such a short period. Once I understood this, everything else fell into place for me. Now I am enjoying that wealth. My renewal income alone is twice what I earned my entire 1st year on staff.
