I had just over 1 year prior sales experience.

What was the most difficult part of your learning curve with SHC?
I struggled with simply relaxing and slowing down. I talk fast and tend to get straight to the point on things I do. Working with seniors I had to learn to slow down and take my time explaining and educating versus selling. I eventually discovered that when seniors truly understand their position they make the right decision. Repetition is key to the sale and that is something I struggled with when I first started in the field. Never pressure a senior, just repeat the main points of the presentation as pertinent to their situation at least 5 times and the client will eventually sell themselves on the protection.
