I had less than 2 years of sales experience prior to joining SHC.

What was the most difficult part of your learning curve with SHC? Getting through the initial learning curve with SHC did not take me very long because I had such little prior sales experience. The hardest part about it for me was the amount of time that I had to initially invest into becoming familiar with all aspects of our presentation and the materials in my training and presentation binds. After that the rest came easy. The travel was another part that took some time to get used to, but now I realize that it actually helped me put more time into my work and get through the curve faster and most importantly the travel was a benefit looking back because SHC only set appointments for me in areas of my territory where they historically have the highest close ratios for newer consultants on staff.
