-Minimum Weekly Income
SHC works on a minimum weekly/monthly production quota system to ensure you will always have the privilege of receiving your 3-4 preset appointments every day. The minimum production quota also doubles as the qualifying weekly production level for weekly expense reimbursement.
None of the above paragraph applies to the Broker Division.

The minimum production quota has a grace period of 4 weeks becoming required to maintain full-time daily preset appointment privileges. This minimum amount of production equates to a beginning consultant earning a net commission income of approximately $4,000 per month. Hence, one can approximately deduce that the minimum amount of income a consultant will earn on the SHC preset appointment program is $50,000 per year or one will not be with Senior Healthcare Consultants for long. From a reality standpoint, if one cannot meet the SHC minimum quota after their 4th week of work selling our primary Medicare products, SHC has done that person a favor by terminating him/her from the preset appointment program, as that person has discovered they do not belong in sales. With the SHC preset sales appointment, the hardest part of sales is done for a salesperson. That is getting you in front of interested clients all day long!
This does not apply to the Broker Division.

-Weekly Expense Pay
The SHC minimum production quota is also a consultant's weekly production qualification level for weekly expense pay of up to $100.00, with higher than quota production paying up to $200.00 or $300.00 per week. A consultant qualifying for the up to $100.00 level weekly expense pay is a consultant writing the required minimum quota production per week. This level of production equates on average to a entry-level consultant earning a net commission income of approx. $1,000.00 or greater for that given week.
