The first step to setting an appointment is done by the SHC research division. This division will find the areas which are currently in demand for senior healthcare products. (i.e. areas of lower rated companies, hospital/doctor de-participation, decreases in group plan benefits, rising premiums, etc...)

The second step, SHC acquires the demographics in the area and the "calling" information. (i.e. 65 years and older, proper income bracket, etc.) The majority of our clients have sent in a mail survey reply card declaring their interest in our services.

The third step, SHC contacts these seniors to let them know we have a licensed and certified Medicare Advantage Consultant in the area and further gather interest in meeting with one of our salespeople due to the ENORMOUS savings we could potentially provide them with our products.

Fourth, after all pertinent informational questions are answered the appointment is set by SHC. (i.e. current healthcare providers and status, companies, premiums, major health questions, etc.)

Lastly, all appointments are called back a 2nd time within THIRTY-MINUTES of the original appointment being set by the SHC appointment verification division to confirm all information, interest, health qualifiers, and to confirm the time and date (which is always the next day) of the appointment with the named consultant . The final contact with the client is done the following day of the appointment by our auditing division to make sure the consultant properly approached the client and to confirm the consultant's reported appointment results.
