Not everyone can succeed as a Senior Healthcare Consultant with our firm. This is due to the fact that not everyone can handle the pressures involved with being a Senior Healthcare Consultant, while still maintaining their productivity in a responsible capacity. Our positions will only be a fit for the right person. A new consultant must also be able to manage themselves while in the field on preset appointments, away from direct supervisor management. A new consultant must be a highly responsible person. They must be able to respect a proven sales methodology and follow it exactly as trained. Unlike individuals on our staff, our firm has found that most people would rather have life dictated to them and the security of their life in someone else's hands. We DO NOT want this type of person. SHC needs trainable people who are hardworking and have a drive for success. Previous sales experience, although preferred, is not a criterion for a position with SHC.

Everyone must begin as a field consultant on the entry level commission structure. That person must learn the senior citizen market; learn senior healthcare, and how to use our preset sales appointments as a key to success. Simply put, the individual must learn how to correctly sell our products with our preset appointments. We train our consultants to be client educators and sales closers. Therefore, if a consultant is truly trainable and has a great attitude, then the sky is the only limit.

In summation, we need clean cut, sharp, clear-headed individuals with a burning desire to succeed and those who will work the hardest to achieve success. Most importantly, this means having a great attitude! Like a paintbrush, attitude can color any situation. Attitude can cause one to soar or to fall. This is a must-have for a career in sales; the highest paid profession in the world! If a person has all the above qualities mentioned, they are a candidate for recruitment and can be on their way to high financial strength and the true feeling of personal satisfaction and achievement.
