Senior Healthcare Consultants (SHC), is one division of a five division nationwide marketing organization called RJR Insurance Services, Inc. (formerly called National Group Underwriters, Inc. "NGU") providing senior healthcare supplemental benefits with active business in all 48 contiguous states. Over the last 5 years, in their captive career divisions alone, they have placed new sales premium of over $75,000,000 in insurance products, not including their non-insurance product programs. In just 2007 alone, these divisions exceeded the 30 million dollar level in only that one year. The RJR forecast for 2010 is triple that figure.

RJR's largest subdivision, Senior Healthcare Consultants or "SHC," is an independent marketing firm for highly rated Fortune 500 Companies that specialize in the senior healthcare market. SHC is best known for its career distributions, all of which provide its representatives with 2-4 daily preset appointments, double-verified, and made the day prior to the day for which they are set. These divisions provide its salespeople with a true career opportunity through its methodology of ensuring its consultants have the security of a high, stable weekly/monthly commission income due to the fact that they do not have to rely on prospecting or cold-calling to get in front of interested buyers each day.
